Pop Mart is preparing to open its latest London flagship on Oxford Street this week.

The Chinese collectibles giant will open the doors to its new store at 149–151 Oxford Street on Friday at 10am, promising exclusive products, special activities and surprises for shoppers.

The flagship will trade until 10pm from Monday to Saturday, with shorter opening hours on Sundays.

The opening adds to Pop Mart’s expanding London presence, including its existing Oxford Street location at number 262.

It follows the launch of Pop Mart’s 5,090 sq ft Charing Cross Road store in April, which was its largest London location at the time and marked its 16th UK store opening.

As Retail Gazette reported at the time, the Charing Cross Road site introduced the brand’s first UK mezzanine level, alongside immersive displays and dedicated spaces for its collectible characters.

Pop Mart has built a devoted following through its Labubu, Molly and Skullpanda characters, with its blind-box format encouraging customers to collect entire ranges and hunt for rarer editions.

The retailer’s expansion comes as its global business continues to grow, with revenue climbing 23.8 per cent to £1.8bn in the first half of 2026.

Its European operations have also shown strong demand for physical retail, with offline sales across Europe and other regions jumping 49.8 per cent during the period, even as online sales fell 59 per cent.

The number of stores across those markets increased from 18 to 45 year on year.

Fellow Chinese retailer Miniso is preparing to bring its immersive Miniso Land concept to Oxford Street.

As Retail Gazette reported yesterday, Miniso has secured a 19,000 sq ft site at 363 Oxford Street for its first UK Miniso Land flagship, adding another major character-led retailer to the shopping destination.

Pop Mart has yet to reveal the full range of exclusive products planned for Friday’s opening or whether its existing Oxford Street shop will remain open.
